White Widow Clones for sale
White Widow clones, which will be available by late April this year, grow into a hardy strain for our Canadian summers. These plants can easily produce over a pound of bud outdoors when grown in optimum conditions. The White Widow clones for sale here at Toking Teepee are a pure hybrid with 50 percent Indica and 50 percent Sativa.
The clones from this White Widow strain came from mother plants specifically bred and acclimatized for Canadian weather. The plants grow dense bushy buds and can easily reach heights over 6′. If tops are pinched early, the White Widow plants promote wide bushy growth. Harvest time is around October 15 until October 31, depending on weather conditions.
The luscious White Widow clones’ strain was first bred in the Netherlands by Green House Seeds. The genetic heritage of this strain comes from Brazilian sativa landrace and a resin-heavy South Indian indica. White Widow has been a favourite in practically every Dutch coffee shop since the 1990s when it first originated. The nugs while flowering appear covered in frosty white with crystal resin, visually announcing you of the potent effects they will bring you. A powerful burst of euphoria and energy breaks through immediately, stimulating both conversation and creativity. White Widow’s genetics later contributed to many other well known and enjoyed strains, such as White Russian, White Rhino, and Blue Widow.
At the time, the underground cannabis market consisted mostly of early hybrids like Northern Lights and Haze, but White Widow has since joined the ranks of these legendary strains, winning an early High Times Cannabis Cup in 1995 and several awards since. Bred specifically for a high trichome count, White Widow is especially valued in the production of hash. This strain has an average THC composition of 20%, with some phenotypes exceeding that amount.
Buds from the White Widow clones are chunky and somewhat conical and tapered after harvesting. The bud structure of the flowers is more sativa than indica, with a loose and fluffy texture that, despite its stickiness, can be broken up quite easily. The leaves are spring green with few visible pistils.
